PICAM is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization, independent of any government influence, political ideology, and religious persuasion. We are committed to the principles and values we represent and defend through our programs. We believe that an effective civil society is the prerequisite to positive change and development in a country. At the core of our work therefore is the building of a strong civil society in Cameroon.
