PICAM’s publication project cuts across
all five of its programs. It seeks to promote literacy and education
through research on international standards and national laws and
practice. Our publications include journal, newsletter, reports,
manuals, and flyers produced by PICAM or in
collaboration with other organizations on issues of human rights,
democracy, peace building, development, and good
governance practice.

opportunity to anyone willing to have their voice heard on anything
related to democracy and development in Cameroon. This medium gives voice to
those who have

the guidelines of a scholarly publication, or was not written for
such purpose. We are open to publishing such articles
and papers with the goal of providing public access to such
information. Please note that PICAM will not publish any
writing calling for violence.
Articles and papers previously published on other forums are
