Guidelines
Volunteers work from their location the supervision of a
CCDHR staff. Tasks will be assigned to volunteers
and will be carried out at a pace agreed upon by the
volunteers and the staff. The duration of volunteer
engagement is flexible and will be agreed upon
during the selection process, and may be extended
upon request by the volunteer. Communication between
staff and volunteer will be by email and phone.
Responsibilities
Activity volunteers work at our activity location
under the supervision of a
CCDHR
staff. The duration
of the volunteer service will be for the length of
the specific activity unless extended. The nature of
volunteer activities shall include but not limited
to outreach efforts, advocacy campaigns, events
planning, etc.
Qualifications

Interest or commitment to
CCDHR’s mission.

Events planning experience desirable but not
necessary.

Must be physically present where activity is to
being organized or be willing to relocate for
the duration of such activity.
Recognition
Interns will be evaluated at the end of their internships
and will be awarded a “Certificate of Volunteer”.
Volunteering with
CCDHR presents an opportunity to
contribute to the building of a strong civil society
and improving the lives of people in Cameroon.

on a rolling basis. Volunteer opportunities are open
to all nationals.
